Loss penalty for leaving when half the team is gone

This has to be a bug. If half my team is gone.... why do I get a loss? Are you serious with this?

It's to stop a team from bullying one of the players into leaving so that they don't take an L from the game.

Eww, that cant be the case. Terrible system as the majority of the time when people DC and you get an abandon, it is not from team bullying. Getting banned for chat abuse would be an effective way to stop bullying (which valve does not do. reports are practically just a feel good button).

Marvel Rivals is actually quite good at this. You even get a notification like in LoL when your report gave someone a temp ban. This incentivizes people to report toxicity. And feels quite good when they get banned, haha. It also makes it known to toxic people (when they successfully ban someone) that Valve DOES take action. So when people say "reported," it actually carries weight.
