Lore:

Gary Baxhalt, son to the late Jeremy Von Baxhalt, was in the midst of a streak of bad luck. He recently had lost his job and he had to spend his savings on doctors appointments in an attempt to save his father from a previously incurable disease. He was soon to be evicted from his home due to having nothing to fall back on. Seeking guidance, he went out to commune with his late father through illegal summoning rituals. After three failed attempts, one of Gary's neighbors reported him to the police. In a desperate attempt to commune once more, he boarded up the door to his home and tried again. Then, on the fourth attempt, a figure, not known to Gary yet gives off a familiar aura, appears to him. It's the Grim Reaper. Gary pleaded with the specter to let him speak to his father one last time, as what he was seeking was menial in the grand scheme of things. Although Death agreed, he tells Gary that even he has limits and rules that he must abide by, and came to the compromise that Gary becomes a guider of souls alongside the Grim Reaper, and eventually he can speak to his father again. Gary accepts, and, reborn as Loss, attends to the souls that he come across. The deal never specified how the souls are gathered, however...

Weapon: Hellborn Assist | Shoots white power surges from right hand, cel-shaded with black outline. Right hand is open with fingers curled in. Left arm is kept off to the side. | 18 / 18 total power surges (18 bullets in magazine) | Same / similar fire rate to Dynamo.

Ability 1: Scythe Swing | Loss swings a scythe 5m in front of him, dealing 60 spirit damage. Any target hit by this attack will take 50% Bullet/Spirit damage for any damage dealt that Loss receives from that target for 2s. | 22s Cooldown
T1: +2 range increase
T2: +15% Bullet/Spirit Return Damage
T3: 25% Return Damage Lifesteal


Ability 2: Laceration Rush | Charge up a scythe attack that lunges forward. 10m no charge, takes one second to cast, deals 80 spirit damage. 30m full charge, deals 160 spirit damage, takes 3 seconds to charge fully. Full charge attacks give enemies 10% fire rate reduction for 1.5s. | 45s Cooldown | Cannot change direction once cast.
T1: -15s Cooldown
T2: +20% Bullet Resistance
T3: -1.5s Charge Time


Ability 3 (Passive): Soul Grab | Any soul orbs within a 5m radius are automatically claimed by Loss, and any soul orbs generated by Loss that are stolen by an opponent only contain 80% of total souls.
T1: +5 radius increase
T2: -10% souls from Loss' orbs
T3: Heal +30 from every orb collected


Ultimate: Bucket List Breaker | Targets within a 15m radius receiving a slowing effect and fire rate decrease and lasts 7 seconds. Loss obtains the inverse of faster movement speed and a fire rate increase. Any enemies killed by Loss during the 7s timeframe increases the length of the ultimate for 3s, however if Loss dies during the Ultimate then any enemy killed instantly respawns. | 240s Cooldown | 25% Speed Increase/Decrease | 15% Fire Rate Increase/Decrease

I really liked the idea of a character who manipulated souls in a unique way because I feel like the idea of souls is a unique enough currency system that it can be played around with. This could be really OP but I think the idea itself is there and I wanted to present it.
