Long Range+Sharpshooter bug

Long Range Gives bonus weapon fall-off range, but it must given by sharpshooter only.

Then Sharpshooter gives 0 bullet shield health (must give 175), long range work okey and gives its 90 but have visual bug with not full barrier line

I was just testing builds in sandbox mode, and found that this UI bug is still present - Long Range and Sharpshooter both change the displayed fall-off range stat from 22-58m to 37-73m for most characters. For Shiv, who has a base range of 20-41m, these items increase it to 35-56m.

Additionally, neither item seems to have any effect in practice, as reported in these threads: [Jul 6] [Aug 27] [Sep 12]

And finally, the change shown by the UI is inconsistent with the item description's stated effect. It says it should increase fall-off range by 15% (22-58m should turn into 25.3-66.7m), but the difference according to the UI is 15 meters, added to both the minimum and maximum distances.

This is correct, I have tested in the sandbox myself and noticed these discrepancies. Sharpshooter does not work as intended and is weaker due to bugs. Long Range is more powerful than intended to be.
