Lobby buffering for extended period of time - exit game - get banned

Hello,

When I queue for a game, I get into the match but instead of seeing the game, I find myself in that haze screen image/buffer screen. I can only abandon the game in the spectate menu. I see my item slots and the lane map symbol when I get into the menu (esc). This happened twice today resulting in me being banned for a bit. I can attempt to rejoin when I force exit the game, but it will take me to the same screen. Please help, its getting annoying.
