This is in regards to Settings found on the "Social"-tab
(for those unaware).
Whenever there is a loading screen
( E.G. transferring / teleporting from the Hideout-lobby to the Sandbox / Testing ),
the "Voice and Text Chat" is turned (on) to "All-team";
this requires manual toggling back to "Disabled".
"Allowed Chat"-settings remain unchanged
(E.G. "No incoming chat", which also disables the "Chat Wheel" and "Ping"-text-messages but not the voice-overs).
