Loading Screen Stuck (i know why but fix it pls)

Hi, im stuck in the loading screen if i have another source game launched (if im on garry's mod and want to play deadlock at the same time, i can't load the game)

Before i had a similar problem where i couldn't use the "Test Hero" feature (now with the new update i can't load at all, i need to quit my other game for it to work)

it look like deadlock try to start a server with port : "27015" any idea on how i can switch to another port ? i've tried -port but it's not working
