Linux commend area flickering

Vulkan seems to have a strange shadow over the comment menu (right side) it doesn't go away and persists through matches. After someone commends me it just stays there (the shadow) and it doesn't go away.

I have to restart to get it to go away.

Reproduced in windows, so not a linux issue

I assume a vulkan rendering issue
