[linux]cachyos breaking steam when joining his or mine party

tried to join friends lobby then freeze frame
or if friend joins my lobby then it crashes
though it briefly shows "no server hosted" or something like that
he joins with no problems
os:cachyos
kernal : linux 6.19.9-2-cachyos
cpu: amd ryzen 7 3700x
gpu: Nividia geforce rtx 3060 lite hash rate
ram: 32gb ddr4
wm: hyprland(wayland)
