Hey! Issue on the Linux that I've found by accident a few times now. So, if I try to do an @ or a [, or like, literally anything related to ALT+Any Numeric Key makes the game freeze entirely, without fail. Alt+Tab causes no issues though unlike some bug reports I've seen, aside from occasionally leading to the cursor not being bound to the screen.

Check your desktop environment's keyboard shortcuts. I know on mint cinnamon, alt is commonly used in desktop commands.

Maybe the crashing is related to whatever's supposed to happen

banilla might be right, I'm on Nobara also (pretty much default) and don't seem to be able to replicate this problem.

Trying with both Alt and Alt Gr here:

what happens if you Alt+Number outside of the game or in a different game? do you use any background software like keyboard/mouse/headphones/mic software, OBS, Discord? do you use multiple monitors?

you could also try changing Fullscreen/Borderless/Window in the game settings.

hope you find the culprit!
