Hm, I think a spirit dmg equivalent of Metal Skin would be nice, but it would probably need a debuff/drawback (like Metal Skin's movespeed or Colossus chara size). Maybe a short heal reduction/outgoing dmg reduction? Otherwise I find that on gun/support characters Fury Trance is a decent counter for most predictable spirit dmg.

Linken's is less about blocking spirit damage and more about keeping yourself safe from unit-target effects/control, such as M&K ult or Curse.

I think it would be an excellent addition.

We're already have the Counterspell. Since there's a small amount of targeted abilities/items, they would become useless, because they would be automatically countered all the time.
