It's not clear as to what Lincoln Jr. (Named after the park he escaped ) is meant to be although it's species were identified to be Grus Antigone Antigone, A Sarus Crane that escaped from the Lincoln park zoo few years before coming to cursed apple to fight. Being a wildcard, it's speculated it is possessed by a demon, a powerful phantom or a fledgling god much like doorman or perhaps this being stuck inside the crane. Due to it being a powerhouse of immense energy and power and also shooting of weird lightnings/lasers and mystical stuff that caused havoc in some cities and the zoo it escaped from before coming to cursed apple.
Lincoln is believed to be sapient since it's actions seems to be focused on explicitly hurting people for the sake of it and sometimes responds to questions with a head shake and it can't communicate anyways due to not having vocal cords similar to a human. It's wish is not known but patrons believe it wants to cause chaos in the world in some shape or form.
Abilities and Gun
Lincoln shoots out small balls of energies through its mouth/nostrils. It uses its legs an beak to melee attack.
1. Blood lightning
Lincoln shouts out blood red lightnings from it's mouth that damages the everything in a radius.
2. Take Flight
Lincoln starts flying for a while giving it move speed and bullet evasion, when the duration of the ability ends Lincoln can glide around till it lands or use an ability (Similar to magic carpet)
3. Winds Of Blood
Lincoln open his wings to release 2 curved lines of red energy winds. Lines meeting at one spot making it shaped like an eye and the shape can change based on if Lincoln uses it on close enemies or far enemies. When two winds meet they could create a small tornado that uplifts the enemy, making them unable to use any abilities or their gun.
4. Horror Inside
Lincoln opens his mouth facing the sky with bunch of red hands coming out as if the hands were trying to escape, while this is happening Lincoln also releases red homing energy missiles to the closest few enemies, damaging them. Also perhaps creates a non damaging aura that alerts the enemies.
*This idea popped in my mind as I was thinking about the map of deadlock since I think it's right beside the central park? I'm kinda a fan of Madagascar series which was located in the central park zoo so at first I imagined like an emperor penguin with powers, similar to the crane but since I wanted it to be somewhat historically accurate I looked into the 1950 records of which animals were available in the central park zoo but I didn't find any penguins, most interesting animals were rhesus monkeys, but I feel like monkey character with powers trope is overdone so as I was looking into the birds and I found records of these interesting looking cranes that were being bred in various parks and zoos in America.
Imagining the Crane being possessed by some benign force sounded interesting, crane screeching and like bunch of hands coming out of it's mouth etc so I kinda settled on this hope you like the idea*
