Lightning Scroll Tooltip does not include the Dash Distance Reduction

Update from 01/30/2026 expressly mentions the dash distance reduction from lightning scroll. Upon testing, the dash distance is clearly present.
Tooltip which is missing the slow reduction



From ingame testing:

Bot furthest to the left is without any dash-distance reduction, middle is with mystic slow applied, and the third is with Lightning Scroll Applied. Slight variations in distance are due to my own errors.

I was going to make my own seperate Dash Distance is missing from Lightning scroll post but I'll just bump this thread incase it goes under the radar. This item needs some love.
