No ability, "gun", or melee procs Lightning Scroll during Lycan Curse. Perhaps this is intended. If so, I don't see why Silver can buy it if it can't work on her (á la Recharging Rush).
Lightning Scroll doesn't proc on Silver's Werewolf form
