Let Holliday's Spirit lasso slack if she holds down 4 (or some other button)

I dont know if this would just turn it into Combo, but I think Spirit Lasso would feel better if Holliday could stop the lassoed target by pressing a button rather than her standing still, facing the opposite direction like a horse-cart and everyone shoots the cart.
