What if we got legendary items in the normal mode, but they are very hard to obtain, for example:
1)after 30 min, killing the mid boss exposes an abyssal shop that lets you buy the legendary item you want (for the 9999 souls the item is already at) and buying the item results in death (because the imense power it holds, and u can use it after you respawn)
AND the shop is available only if there are no enemies in the mid boss arena.
2)or you can trade the rejuv soul and 9999 souls for a legendary items in the base shop and that would require the blessing of the patron (the patron will bless you if you either dealt the most player dmg, did the most killing blows and did the most obj. dmg/most healing to other players)(but this might make teammates argue with eachother for killstealing and other stuff)
3)or after a team gets all 3 rejuv souls they all can go back to base and begin a ritual where they trade the rejuv souls and 60k souls for 6 legendary items (one for each player). The ritual takes a 1-2 min and has a global theme that the enemy team can hear and they know they have control of the entire map (because the ritual requires the the other team to stay in the spawn room for the duration of the ritual. (this ideea can backfire if someone is trolling and dosen't join the ritual and 6 legendary items is kinda nuts)
And as a bonus would be an nice to have a something to enhance our items:
1) a hidden entity that isn't shown on the mini map and can roam/patrol the map, runs or fights the players and upon death grants an enhancement for the initiator of the fight (if he is helped by an ally) or the one that deals the final blow (in case of an enemy player). The enhancement can be of choice or can be random(depends how you want to implement it), and it can enhance from min 10-20 items of grade I-II, from 20-30 items of grad III and from 30+ grade IV items (or any item from I-IV)
2) can be given upon delivery of the urn:
-neutral urn gives a random enhancement
-ally side urn gives a choice of enhancement (based on the time in the match as stated above) and the enhancement can be chosen later in case there is a contest attempt but can t enhance items bought after you acquired the enhancement.
-enemy side urn gives no enhancement because you are already ahead
This was all I had in mind, fell free to add any other suggestions, because this concepts might not be the best for all ranks and I am really curios what yall have in mind
