Legendary Item Concept: Aerial Mastery

There's a couple legendary item icons in the game files that remain unused. Aerial Mastery has a sick looking Pegasus as it's icon, and I am a little bummed that it didn't make it past the testing phase. Therefore, I decided to recycle an old concept of mine.

Aerial Mastery (formerly Matador)

• Builds up similarly to Silencer & Slowing bullets
• Multiple charges aren't affected by charge items (though that would be sweet)

Could be a little tame compared to a lot of the other legendaries, so I am willing to adjust it depending on feedback.
