I enjoy playing Victor, when I use my 3rd ability the AOE procs no leech so i recieve 0% lifesteal. I also have had infuser which I recieve no spirit lifesteal from. Maybe its a bug with passive lifesteal not working. When I use the active Infuser ability i recieve the lifesteal from that. Love the game, just thought I'd get the bug out there since I haven't seen any posts about this.
