Leaving spectating mode is prohibited from ranked matches?

When clicking on spectate and it is in the loading process, a match is successfully made at the same time. After entering the game, when the spectating loading is completed, it will jump to the spectating interface. Leaving the spectating mode will result in being banned??????

I had the same problem. unfortunately i dont have a screenshot.
i saw a friend online and clicked to spectate their game, but i cancelled the spectating before it loaded me in because i decided to que unraked instead. it then loaded me into spectating their game and when i went to leave spectating i got the same message that comes up when you try to leave a match "this match isnt safe to abandon there will be penalty" or smthg like that. i hope i wont be punished for this?
