Leaderboards positions aren't moving/updating

For the last 2 days since the update, I've said the same spot (603) on global leaderboards + 29 on the pocket leaderboard, with no changes whatsoever to the people around me or to myself.

I don't know if this is on purpose or completely glitched. Or maybe I'm just bad at the game.
I asked some friends & they also haven't moved.

last 23 games played 20W/3L haven't moved a single position, my duo friend with very similar stats also hasn't moved, this was reported here and there but it's either affecting only some people or people haven't thought too much about it

Thread 'Rank adjustment possible bug'

Today It was posted that there was a rank rebalancing, that the percentile calibration corresponding to your named rank got tweaked and thus everyone's rank changed. My stated rank however hasn't moved, which shouldn't be possible if people both above and below me previously HAVE had theirs adjusted, right?
