Launches to Black/Static Screen after Driver Update

I was playing fine on an AMD RX 6700 XT with driver 23.11.1 (as far as I remember), but after upgrading (due to in-game prompts), I boot the game to either a completely black screen or a staticy screen. I tried the following driver versions for Windows 11 x64 Radeon RX 6700 XT:

- 24.7.1
- 24.5.1
- 24.2.1
- 23.11.1

Finally rolling back to the Nov 23 release (exact version 31.0.22023.1014), and the issue still occurs. Is there additional specs/data I can provide?

Update on this: I'm able to play with the same hardware on the latest builds in my Arch Linux partition, so should be directly related to the interaction with the drivers.
