The latest patch (06-23-2024) broke being able to bind keys to mouse wheel up and down. Regardless of what you bind to them, it doesn't work now (abilities, active items, melee and parry etc.).
Also, after ulting there is a chance for Abrams (not always, seemingly 50/50 if not more often) to get stuck on the jumping after ult position even after landing, so no shooting, reloading, charging animations etc, he just stays in the same pose until death and respawn (other people have posted videos of it).
