Lash's sparkle effect around him isn't displaying

One of the best details added in the reworked model for Lash was his sparkle effect around his head. However, since the latest major patch, this has stopped displaying.

I'm hoping this is a glitch/bug rather than something that's been removed, as it was an awesome addition.

Another example is the electrical effect on Dynamo's gun when he reloads, which doesn't seem to display.

I really agree, like the new heroes have so many shiny effects, why can't lash. He's one of the OGs
Yoshi please I don't even play lash I'm an ivy main but this really hurts his design!
