Just like in the title, you can't slam Mina out of her ult with Ground Strike. It's a bug so common I don't think anyone needs any video evidence of it happening, and I don't believe that it's an intented design choice, looking at how you can slam Seven or Ivy during their ults, not even mentioning Gray Talon's and Vindicta's flights.
