Lash (?) "whoosh" bug

I believe it's specific lash problem, but im not sure bc i dont know from what this status came first. Sadly my replay overlay was off for some reason, but it was after a fight against Paige and Billy where i used all my skills + were under 2 buffs. There was that effect on the screen and annoying repeating sound (whoosh whoosh whoosh), that was VERY loud in-game. It went away later, after Paige's ult.
I tried to recreate it, but it doesn't appear anymore.

this has happened to me before, it tends to happen if ur ground strike is interrupted at a specific point

if paige ulted you during it or used her sword that might've been it. similarily if billy stunned you or wraith did with her ult.
