If i fight and use some abilities (Hook, smash) sometimes im stuck in a very close third person camera. Only if i dying or use the tempo zipline i got the normal view.

Happens to me too, I noticed the same effect when climbing after heavy punch.
As Lash, I notice weird camera zoom happening after using the ult sometimes, but it's hard to reproduce. Perhaps you need to do a lot of things at once, including ult.
