Lash shop bug (idk why only Lash)

I was creating a build with lash on character creator when I suddenly couldn't scroll up or down anymore and now I can't open the build browser screen and neither can I scroll on the normal build screen. I did manage to open build browser by holding m1, clicking and letting go of m2, and then letting go of m1 all while hovering on its button

I don't have this bug with other characters and I didn't have it with lash at first but now not even a restart fixes it. Maybe I added too many items or because I tried to move them around?

I fixed it by just choosing a different build. Maybe my build was too big that it has to scroll causes the issue, but not sure.
