Lash is not able to damage enemies with slam if they are in stairs

39095772 - this happened several times this match. another bug but not really in this clip: Lash also keeps 'growing' its model but only in replay.

The fact his damage isn't as high as dynamos is the reason this happens. It's stupid, just fix it. This has been an issue for a while and FAR worse now
