Lash ground strike deals zero damage if it's on stairs

Any difference in elevation will negate ground strike right now. No joke, find somewhere where there's a street curb, wood planks laid out on the ground, the grass on Greenwich vs. the pathways, try and ground strike someone on the other side of it and you do no damage. Slopes on the main avenues, too, trying to hit a target that is up the slope from you will miss.

Also gonna add that for what seems to be similar reasons, Death Slam just fails to pull targets when they happen to be near a lot of these new features on the map. They are targeted, grabbed, then the hero catches on the "obstacle" they were standing on or near, and remain in place.

It's just sad, lash have had so many bugs in past months and none of them have been fixed, you wanna use your grapple? Nah no grapple for you. Wanna death slam? Nahh who'd want that. Want to grab people from the air and still deal damage? Nah not even that, that's cringe. You found the only way to have consistent damage on lash? Nah nerf that to 20m.

I wanna believe they're trying to fix those issues, but at this point i feel like they just don't care. Maybe it's really difficult to fix them, i've no clue i'm not a game dev but they had such a long time to fix those.
