Lash Grapple Rubberbanding / Resetting Position with Clip

Happens right after I use Flog. I try to use Grapple and you can see the charge be consumed, then un-consumed as I get pulled out of the Grapple startup and put back on the ground.

I think it happened a few times with Kudzu Bomb before I noticed it. Not sure if intended but extremely disorienting as you expect to be in the air.

I have this happen frequently, often on targets that move out of range/to the side of my aim when I use grapple.

Ive been having this same issue and it is absolutely the most frustrating thing in the game. Especially when it comes down to live or die and you get launched right into the floor.
I also think its got to do with the targeted enemy going out of line of sight

Edit: It also seems to put the grapple on the half second cooldown that occurs after using a charge
