Not 100% sure if Stamina is the cause, but it's most definitely the only explanation for the second (Grey Talon) clip. Doesn't happen in the training range but I assume it's something to do with being on a server and how each client handles momentum or something. I get this practically once a game, whether the cause is small bits of geometry getting in the way or a weird stamina bug, I'm not certain.
Edit: After looking into this further and asking others, the issue seems to be with slight changes in altitiude. I was able to reproduce this around 20-40% of the time on different curbs, for example at mid walker where grey talon is on the second clip I could repro it 50% of the time, but near the mid guardian I could only repro it around 20% of the time.
It was possible to repro without using stamina but it happened a lot more if the target used a stamina up a curb just a milisecond before they were reeled in by the ult.
