lash gets a non-functional stack of his 2 weapon buff that never expires when you haven't upgraded to T2 yet, and this will stack for every time you use 2, so if you use 2 say, 10 times before upgrading it to T2, all lash 2s after you upgrade to T2/T3 will have +60 weapon damage and +200% fire rate for the first stack. The clip added showcases this bug when using 2 14 times before upgrading to T2/T3.
