Language change error

Context
I am a brazilian (pt-br) playar that changed game language to english. But when I try change language again to pt-br a popup appears calling to restart a game and the language change will be applied.

The problem
But this dont happen. The language don't change.

How simulate?
Change your language to pt-br and try change again to english and after this try change again to pt-br. You will be stucked on english game.

I had the same issue when I tried changing from my default language (german) to english.

The problem seems to be that it resets the setting every time you close the settings window. It does let you change it if you close the game while the window is still open, via alt f4 or task manager, which is how I got around the bug.
