Almost impossible to find game

Could you please change the selection of players and servers for the game finder
As I understand, at the moment, it works on the principle of language of your region + best ping
I live in the eastern part of Russia and I get thrown to Japanese servers (good ping, thank you very much for that).
The problem is that on my rank (Phantom), plays people 15-20, because of which we play every day with the same people. And if someone is busy/playing another game, it is impossible to find a match
As an alternative, our small community has an idea that in order to keep communication in the game, and not interfere with players with a different language, we can try a matchmaking system, where we will play Russians vs Asians
I really want to play the game, but finding a game at the moment is almost impossible

How is it a 'bug' that the playerpool is small? You want valve to pay people to play in your specific zone and timezone?
If you really want to play the game, play normals instead of ranked? problem solved

I cant find normals, for the same reason
It also uses your hidden rating to find games

If playerpool is small, there should be an option to play on a different server

So because the playerpool is small, people should get laggy teammates/enemies?
I understand your frustration, I'm not unsympathetic. But how is this something that rests on the shoulders of Valve to fix?

What do you mean "laggy teammates/enemies" ???
There are servers with good ping for me(<100), just because of it works on principle of language/region, game doesn't connect me to this servers
I just want an option to choose server, i don't force anyone to play on laggy server
If it is your concern, they can do option like in CS where you can set acceptable ping for a game
