Landing while holding crouch lets slides start when they normally wouldn't until uncrouching

Landing while holding crouch causes actions that usually don't start slides to start them until the player uncrouches.
Some things that start slides include walking on small curbs, using a dash, and Shiv's alt fire.

(Shiv's alt fire doing it is fun tech that should be kept and made the default behavior)
