Lady Geist' swap procs lightning scroll without having it. was able to proc it consistently by ulting myself with a owl with scroll

Okay tested it, bug is if the enemy has lightning scroll and Geist ults them, Geist will trigger Lightning Scroll on the enemy even though they do not have it. No idea why Talons Owl is involved in the title, has nothing to do with it.

Note: It seems that the 'Effect can only trigger once per target per ultimate' also causes this bug to only occur once on the enemy and never again, unless they repurchase the item, or until the enemy triggers the effect at least once themselves, then Geist is able to trigger the bug again.
