Lady Geist "Life Drain" heal amount not benefitting from "Damage Amplification"

Lady Geist's "Life Drain" healing portion is not benefitting from damage amplification from either Malice or Escalating Exposure.

In all other cases, such as adding more spirit, or shredding enemy spirit resist, Total Damage Done = Total Healing Received.
With Damage amplification. Total Damage Done =/= Total Healing Received

Went to sandbox
Clicked "No Cooldown"

Maxed "Life drain"
Clicked "Half Health" a few times to get low health
Cast "Life drain"
220 damage done
220 healing

Maxed "Malice"
Applied 5 stacks of Malice to target Dummy
Got to 1 hp via half health + Casting malice
Waited until purple malice damage numbers disappeared (to ensure accurate Life Drain Damage done)
Cast "Life Drain"
375 Damage Done (70% increase in damage from 5 stacks of Malice)
220 healing (0% increase from 5 stacks of Malice)

Side note, 5 stacks of Malice was doing 70% damage amp on Life Drain (not 75%)... but I assume that's just some weird rounding issue involving dots/server tics so I'm guessing it's not a bug.
(I'd sometimes see my Life drain do 214 damage instead of 220, and 375/214 = 75% increase.... so... probably just +1 server tic of damage. This is pretty normal for how games round DoTs so probably not a bug)
