Lady Geist Essence Bomb bug (imput not working)

since the update geist can lose her ability to use bomb
i dont know exactly what triggers it but i assume it is a combo of being stunned and dying while trying to cast bomb (even after switching to quick cast i still encounter the bug). When this bug occurs if i press the ability button for bomb nothing happends (the visual of the ability button does show that it was pressed but the bomb doesnt equip). when i get out of a stun after the first occurence of the bug the bomb automatically equips and i cannot unequip it (same thing, ability button shows that little movement that i pressed the button but nothing else) and im forced to throw the bomb if i want to use the rest of my kit again. dying or getting stuned again does not fix this and the bug persists for the rest of the game

example below of bomb atuo-equiping and not going away unless thrown after getting out of a stun (the spiky bomb model of the ability doesnt even show up only the trajectory indicator) note:i mostly experienced this bug when getting caught in a dynamo ult but i had times where this bug occured with other stuns

I have had this bug as well with giest - but I have seen it on malice aswell - also calico and ivy
I think it's all heroes on all abilities

it happens every match to me.

this also happens with mcginnis units she's supposed to hold them before the summons them
