Upon getting Tier 3 Kudzu Connection and having the item Healing Tempo it will permanently bestow the healing buff from the item to the last connected target regardless of being connected or not.
Steps to reproduce
1)purchase item Healing Tempo
2)rank up Kudzu Connection to rank 3
3)move towards ally target till Kudzu connection applies buff from Healing Tempo to ally
4)Step away from ally till no longer connected by Kudzu
Expected result is it should expire after the duration when not connected, but it only expires on Ivy while the ally has the buff permanently (or at least the particles for the buff are permanent.
