Description:
Typing Korean (Hangul) directly in Deadlock chat on Windows does not work.
- Hangul characters do not appear at all.
- Switching IME mid-chat immediately reverts to English.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set system language to Korean (Microsoft IME) on Windows 11.
2. Launch Deadlock in Borderless Windowed mode.
3. Switch to Korean IME (Win + Space) before opening chat.
4. Open the chat box and attempt to type in Korean.

Expected Result:
- Korean characters (Hangul) should appear normally while typing.

Actual Result:
- Characters do not appear, instead English appears.
- Copy-pasting Korean text works fine as a temporary workaround.

Additional Information:
- Windows Version: Windows 11 Version 24H2 (OS Build 26100.7623)
- Deadlock Version: Steam App ID [1422450], Build ID [21709122]
- IME: Microsoft Korean IME
- Workarounds tested: Copy-paste from Notepad works
