Played a game enemy was destroying us. turns out the enemy was cheating and the game asked us to turn them into a frog or kick. he dc'd and the game didn't count. after the game i checked his past matches and it didn't count either. Curious i watched the replay and it seems that he disconnected when the vote was being cast and avoided the ban after that he qued into another game. he even said Ez avoid in the all chat in the previous game when he avoided the ban.'
