Kinetic Carbine not activating correctly

In a match I played recently, kinetic carbine stopped working correctly. I would press the button bound to it, but the ability would not activate. It would only activate if I parried after pressing the button.

Match ID: 39537503. It started happening around 30:10.

I have have this same issue almost every game I play paradox, I have to leave and come back to fix it, but just it happens again after a little while. I can see the key press registering but the ability wont activate.

same happening on bebop and for many other players on all different characters. very infuriating

Happened again with Doorman's Luggage Cart. ID: 40562055. Incredibly infuriating. Valve please fix.
