Listen if you're any kind of gamer you'd agree that call of duty was fucking sick as a youngun. And the reason it was sick was cos of killstreaks. Im thinking an item like League's mejais/dark seal which gives you bonuses but with the addition of every 3/5/7/however many kills it would become an active. even could do a uav or predator missile equivalent idk the possibilities are endless. this would be mad and if you dont agree with me im sorry but you suck

Real talk though, Call of Duty moved at a much faster pace then Deadlock, so kills were more frequent. For Deadlock, the biggest advantage from getting kills is that the victim is unable to farm/defend for a minute.
Siphon Bullets and Glass Cannon already reward kills with benefits, and while they are simple buffs instead of something like a UAV, getting items that reward killstreaks could make snowballing lobbies even more difficult to deal with.
