Killing Seven in the hideout too fast will cause him to be unkillable

As title says. I was trying to see how fast I can kill Seven in the Hideout with different Vyper builds and he got stuck as an unkillable dummy which plays the very bassy Dynamo(?) sound.

How to replicate: repeatedly kill Seven in a very fast manner.

I'm pretty sure this is caused by some siphon bullets shenanigans where his health will go negative

Could very well be! I've not been able to test it myself, but if it's tested and reproduced with Sipon we have our answer.

it is 100% siphon bullets. since siphon bullets is a mid/late game item and most people wont be at 400hp dying to it normal game it isn't a huge issue, but seven in hideout only has about 400hp so if you kill him loads siphon bullets basically sets his health to 0 or negatives.
