Hey there Devs,
Noticed when I was queuing and killed the Seven BOT in the Lobby the kill icon consistently stayed.
Upon disconnecting, attacking Seven BOT a new icon showed up to the right of it (as if the indicate its a different enemy)
Killing the bot and then rejoining the match caused a second icon to show up.
The bug was fixed by restarting the game and then rejoining the match.
Should be easy to replicate.
