Killing Blow cannot execute shiv when stolen by Sinclair

This bug existed when sinclair was first implemented in january, then got fixed with the new shop patch in may, and now got reintroduced in the 7/29 patch when you guys reworked bloodletting and has stayed since.

please fix this, it makes playing vs the hero infuriating when it should be such a good matchup.

Actually it turns out this is not a sinclair bug, Shiv's ult just can't kill shiv in general.
