Killed by unknown item 'hyperline'

I was in a game with an annoying Sinclair, I had survived a team fight... just! and with 100 odd health and no passive or actives on me, health had started to regen and I died to 'Hyperline'... causing 406 damage
This item had no icon next to it, there is no item called this and Sinclair has no abilities called this.

Were you stunned by getting shot while in zipline startup? This causes some bonus damage that I'm pretty sure is attributed to the rail and not the player.

I decided to watch the moment it happened, and it is so unfortunate but it's actually hilarious.

When you get knocked off zipline, you take extra damage from getting knocked off. In the moment, you were rising up to the zipline to go heal in base. Unfortunately for you however, Sinclair's Assistant was still just around the base, and Sinclair happened to fire right in the direction that you were, which caused his Assistant to fire and hit you. Directly after the Assistant fired it's shot, it expired. It's basically a perfect storm of luck.
