Kicked to Haven, can't reconnect, got banned

Hello everyone.

During a match, my game crashed and I was kicked back to Haven. I tried to use the "Reconnect" button, but instead of connecting to the match, it just put me back in Haven. I restarted the game completely, but the issue persisted. Because of this, I couldn't get back into the game and received a ban until 10 a.m.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Same thing happened to me today. Seems there are many others in similar situations.
My match ID was 39024119. We were winning and ended up winning too.

Happened again, recieved a ban because of abandon.

i didn't abandon a match, i finished one, requeued with friends and then it hit me with this



after that i tried to verify files and restart game, message was still there and we tried queuing, they joined the game but i couldn't and it gave me an abandon penalty, then we tried joining a bot match and i couldn't either, i left party and tried solo and then it hit me with the ban

Similar thing happened to me but i couldn't connect from the match from the start so the game disbanded but i still got temp banned, There isn't even a match in my history for it
