[Keybinds] Middle mouse button will always bring up chat wheel, even when set to something else

In this example, I have it set to Y, but Ping and Alt Cast are still bound to M3. The wheel is brought up if I hold M3 down long enough, but the alt cast input is still accepted. Basically, I cant turn Bebop until after I finish double bombing myself.
