Key Binds Resetting

I have weird custom key binds, and some of them conflict with other default binds. Ever since yesterday's update, every time I log in I get a message about this. Even after I go in and clear the duplicate binds I don't care about, they get rebound between logins. Specifically, it does not save my unbinding of "switch teams" in spectator being bound to space and chat wheel being bound to "y".
