Key activated but don’t see in library

I activated the key and was going to do a remote download to my pc from my phone steam app but don’t see it in my library, is there something else I’m supposed to do?

Well I can’t do any of that atm because I’m not home, I was going to do a remote download to my pc from the steam app, but I can’t since it’s not showing up in library

The game is in your library, but it doesn't show up in the mobile client. I'm assuming it's an artifact (bug?) with how the game is set up as private on Steam, maybe? It doesn't even show up if you log into the website and search your library from there.

Seems like you'll just have to install it from the desktop client when you get home. It'll show up fine there.

Just wanted to chime in here and say the game also did not initially show up in my library, and I’m using the desktop client on windows.

The shortcut method worked just fine however, after which the game appeared in my library. Thank you!
